The breath-taking beauty of the Country-side in and around the County of Somerset is not a well-kept secret!  Thousands of visitor’s flock to this stunning area to walk amongst the hills, trees, fields and rivers that be-deck the landscape.  The Quantock Hills, the Exmoor National Park and the Mendips are just a small example of places to explore.  Located in the South-West of England with The River Avon as one border, the Seven Estuary to the North and West and having a coastline facing South-eastern Wales it’s no wonder Somerset is a popular County to visit.

With a population of over nine hundred and sixty-five thousand, Somerset County is split into six districts including; Somerset West and Taunton, Mendip, Bath and North East Somerset and Sedgemoor.   With landscapes designated as areas of outstanding natural beauty, heathlands, oak woodlands and ancient parklands Somerset certainly lives up to its reputation of being an amazing and beautiful place to visit.
